PEEL FOUNTAIN OF WISDOM SENIOR SERVICES
PFWSS is a charitable, not for profit organization, formed for the education and development of life for seniors in the Region of Peel
It was incorporated in the year 2002 by West Indians, Canadians and Americans and who knows, we may have had members from Great Britain and Europe.
`The Organization was formed from a number of multi-talented people to enhance the lives of seniors in health, education, entertainment and community.
PFWSS organized two symposia, which assisted `in the provision of extended medical and mental services to all Ontarians. The Organization intends to put on more seminars for the extension of these services.
PFWSS has given several scholarships to date and intends to offer another in celebration of the service of Mr.. Arnim Dolly and will continue to donate to the Hospitals and other research bodies.
We have visited as a group the 10,000 Islands the 1,000 Islands, the Grand Riviera Indigenous Events, , the Underground Railway, both the Peace River/ St Catherine and Chatham , the The Monument of the Unknown Warrior at Midlands, the Rapids as well as Jacob's Market.
our Organization has held workshops and lectures on several areas of interest to seniors and we expect to put on a workshop to explain the work of the Executive in its execution of the requirements of the Bye Laws..
With the Pandemic came several changes which affected the execution of these events as well as the smooth delivery of others. .We are now getting back to normal or better and require the support of our members , old and new. We will encourage you to take up one of the several executive posts that may be available. We will teach you all about it.
Come out and support your fellow members to obtain concessions and benefits from the government, learn this beautiful country and enjoy your status. at the same time.
